This page describes how the app is managed in relation to the processing of personal data of the users who use it.
This information is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR) to those who use the following app.
The information for the collection of personal data illustrates, for a principle of transparency, the methods, times and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to users when they connect to the following app, regardless of the purpose of the connection.
DATA CONTROLLER. The data controller is V2 SpA – Corso Principi di Piemonte, 65/67 12035 – Racconigi ( Italy ).
PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF COLLECTED DATA. The User’s Data is collected to allow the Owner to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes:
- Entering data into the Data Controller’s database
- Response to requests for information
- Commercial purposes (Sending communications commercial, also via newsletter)
- Sending personalized commercial communications
- Position detection for technical assistance
TYPES OF DATA. For the aforementioned processing, only identifying data is used.
LEGAL BASIS. The processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b. of the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 “GDPR”), the legitimate interest of the owner (art. 6.1.f GDPR) and consent in case of purposes c) d) and e).
STORAGE TIME : The data will be stored for 10 years
MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA. We inform you that, taking into account the purposes of the processing as illustrated above ( a and b ), the provision of data is mandatory and their failure, partial or incorrect provision may have, as a consequence, the impossibility of providing a response to the requests made or being able to use the services while for the purposes (c and d) the provision of data is optional and the consent given can be revoked at any time.
DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this app involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS. Personal data will be processed by the Data Controller and by persons strictly authorized by him.
The data will not be disclosed.
RIGHT TO COMPLAIN TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY. The interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (For Italy: Guarantor for the protection of personal data www.garanteprivacy.it ).
RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES. The rights of access to personal data, rectification or cancellation of the same, limitation of processing, opposition, portability referred to in the articles may be exercised at any time. 15-20 of the European Regulation 679/2016 by sending an email request to privacy@ableautomation.com .
RIGHT TO OBJECT. The right to object may be exercised at any time, for reasons related to the particular situation of the interested party, to the processing of personal data concerning him, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letters e) of) GDPR. As regards the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes , the interested party has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him/her carried out for these purposes , by sending an email request privacy@ableautomation.com.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT. The interested party has the right to revoke his/her consent at any time by sending a request to this effect via email to privacy@ableautomation.com; the revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation itself.
EXISTENCE OF AN AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESS. The processing does not involve automated decision-making.
TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR TO AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION. The Data Controller will not transfer personal data to a third country or to an international organisation.
PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY – INDEMNIFICATION
You are responsible for all data and content uploaded by You or on Your behalf to the App.
The account registration data will be saved in the Data Controller’s database.
You are responsible for any activity and/or information conducted and posted through your account.
You may not use the identity of others or provide inaccurate information.
You may not act in an unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent manner or for a purpose contrary to law.
The Owner relieves himself of any responsibility for the information entered by the User on his account
